No 38: Edward is 33 years old but still keen to become an apprentice -- so much so, that he has committed himself to our pre-construction course, showing his eagerness and willingness to learn by his perfect attendance and great attitude towards learning. He currently holds a Green Card, Senior First Aid Certificate, Chainsaw and Forklift Certificate and his Bobcat and Traffic Control tickets. Edward will also be obtaining his Scaffolding ticket as well as learning general carpentry and construction skills. He has experience in welding and is just waiting for someone to give him a chance.

No 80: Norm is 40 years old and has many years’ experience as a builder’s labourer and in backhoe operation.
