Linking Indigenous Communities with Jobs and Training

Jobseekers: Meet potential employers, and check out the many jobs available on the day.

School Students: Start planning your future, with this opportunity to speak directly to other Indigenous employees within the workforce.

Employers: Receive information about assistance available to you when employing Indigenous jobseekers.

 

40 organisations will be attending:
those offering work, and those who can provide advice on getting a job.

Training providers will be available to offer advice

Job Boards will display many jobs on offer.

New Careers for Aboriginal People (NCAP):

  • A free service of the NSW government.
  • Appropriately qualified and experienced job seekers are referred to fill vacancies.
  • Employers also gain access to training services at the NSW Department of Education and Training.
  • Job placements are monitored to ensure positive outcomes for all.
